Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are make-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the package tracking information to confirm that your order has been shipped.


Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 business days after your order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, HoliSmokes.com is no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you.


Damages

HoliSmokez.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier.


Customs, Duties, & Taxes

HoliSmokez.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Cancellation/ Refund Policy

We do not have a money back guarantee, as herbs affect everyone differently. By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we sell products containing CBD (cannabidiol).


HoliSmokez.com offers full refunds for any products purchased within the last 10 calendar days. Any refund requests made after 10 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund. We are not able to accept any product that has been opened or used.


HoliSmokez.com will provide a full refund for all original seal/unopened products within 10 days of purchase. HoliSmokez.com only accepts returns and refunds from purchases made on HoliSmokez.com. HoliSmokez.com will not accept returns on products that was purchased from a retailer, and not purchased directly from HoliSmokez.com.


Please contact us if there are any issues with the product you received and we are more than happy to speak with you as we want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your SEALED product please see our Returns Process below.


Returns Process

1) Email us at [email protected] to inform us that you will be returning your SEALED product within the10 day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.

2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please provide the tracking number to [email protected] so we can keep an eye out for it.

3) Once we receive your return and can confirm all products are sealed, we will then issue a refund at which point you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds can take up to 15 business days.
